Our Installation Services can integrate the full range of Edigitel products with existing infrastructure, or creates whatever infrastructure is needed to support your new systems. They attend comprehensive training seminars, continually updating their knowledge to assure our customers of a smooth and trouble free transition to a new system. Not only do they learn about the latest in technology, but they are also knowledgable about older systems that may have to be removed or decommissioned before the new one is installed. Business Systems co-ordinator

The Business Systems co-ordinator has the responsibility to ensure that all equipment is correctly configured and that everything designed by the Sales Consultant is accurate and coincides with our customers needs. As co-ordinator they are the primary consultant for our customer prior to installation and after cut over. As well as providing a liason with third parties such as British Telecom and other network carriers, they will also be responsible for coordinating all operator and staff training.

Applications Engineer

The Applications engineer has the responsibility for checking the systems design and programming, together with all components necessary to meet the specifications of our customer prior to installation.

Installation Supervisor

The Installation Supervisor is responsible for coordinating all aspects of the overall installation. They will conduct a site survey prior to installation to to familiarise themselves with any special requirements. They is also responsible for all operations pertaining to cabling, installation and testing of your new telephone system.
