We are a Business to Business e-commerce site and the Terms and Conditions apply to Business customers.

We operate under a strict privacy policy. Go directly to our Privacy Policy.

Directly below are a set of notes, detailing our operating methodology in plain language. However these descriptions, while indicative, are not our legal terms and conditions. A set of legally constituted Terms and Conditions is given below the Returns Policy. Go directly to our Terms and Conditions.

Making A Purchase

To use the on-line ordering function, simply find the product you want, select any options or additional components you may require (if any are offered), and press the 'ADD TO CART' button. Repeat for each product you wish to add to your shopping cart. You can view the cart using the 'View Cart' button on the catalogue pages.

We accept on-line credit card payment via a trusted third party (Barclays Bank EPDQ Merchant Payment Interface). This ensures your payment security, and speedy response. If you are shopping from North America or anywhere else, place your order and your credit card company will convert the transaction to US Dollars or your own currency. Visa, Mastercard and Switch are all usable.

When confirmation of order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable. In the case that a transaction must be cancelled, any monies already taken will be refunded.

Expert, friendly sales people are available to answer your queries. They are telecommunications specialists who know our product range and how it can work for you. Telephone 0151 650 6300 to speak to a representative.

Orders in progress will produce e-mailed notifications at key stages. You can also call our e-commerce advice line for an order update to ask questions about an order you've already placed. If you have a problem with a previous order, we will do our best to make it right. Just call us Monday to Friday 9.30am - 5.00pm on 0845 337 3102.
Shipping And Handling

We use an independant courier service to ensure that your order is handled with care and speed. We require that someone be available to accept the order at the delivery address within generally accepted working hours.
Delivery Schedule

We offer next day delivery within the UK, as long as the order is made before 3 pm, and no unforseen stock handling problems occur. If there is a problem that delays shipping, you will be informed by e-mail and a new delivery date given. Note that if you are using our E-finance option, the product will not be sent until a credit agreement has been completed.
Back Orders

We make every effort to ensure that our catalogue contains only currently available items, but it is possible that a product might temporarilly go out of stock. If this item is not in stock, we can back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.
Credit Card Security

When the order is placed at our website a secure browser page, using 128 bit SSL encryption, encrypts credit card numbers and details and transfers them directly from your browser to a secure server. The secure server has a dedicated Firewall and holds the details in encrypted format. The information is not held in clear on any website.
Guarantee

While we do not provide our own warrantees on our e-commerce sales, we support the warrantees as given by the manufactuers, and will do everything in our power to assist in the execution of their warantee, in the unlikely event it is needed. Your rights to return goods are protected under the EU Distance Selling Directive which can be found at http://www.hmso.gov.uk/si/si2000/20002334.htm.

Returns Policy

In order to return defective goods, a Returns Authorisation number must first be obtained from our Customer Sevices department within 3 days of delivery of the goods. Edigitel will not accept any returns unless they are returned within a maximum of 5 working days of the date of issue of a Returns Authorisation number. It is suggested that a return is made well within this period, to avoid possible problems caused by transportation and administrative delays. The goods must be returned to us at the buyers expense. We are not responsible for goods lost in transit where the buyer makes their own arrangements for delivery.

Items returned must be returned in a clean, resalable condition with all attendant packaging, documentation and additional components. They must include the reason for the return, such as incorrect goods supplied, faulty goods supplied, or the goods were wrongly priced. They must also be clearly labelled with the Returns Authorisation number. Any goods failing to meet these criteria, or found to have no fault, will be refused and returned to you, incurring a handling charge up to 20% of the order value. You will also have been deemed to have bought the goods and that we have invoiced you for them, in accordance with the terms and conditions below.
