Warrantees

All products sold over our website are sold under the manufacture's warrantee only. Please make sure, therefore, that the manufacturer warrantee card and registration process is completed. In some cases an extended manufacturers warrantee is also available on the website as a separate product. If, on any product, it is unclear where to go from warrantee information, please ring us on 0845 337 3102 and we will find out for you.

Maintenance Service

Once a telephone system is installed and operational, most businesses cease to worry about what would happen if it should become non-operational. That is, until it does, usually at the most inconvenient time possible. This is why it is good to have a maintenance contract, turning a business critical failure into a short term annoyance. This is why, on all of our telephony systems, a separate on-site maintenance contract can be arranged with Digitel. This can provide three levels of service:
  • Option 1: Monday to Friday - 9 am to 5 pm.
    (except public holidays)

  • Option 2: Monday to Saturday - 9 am to 5 pm.
    (including public holidays)

  • Option 3: Seven days a week, 365 days a year, 24 hours a day.
    (including public holidays)
 
Our dedicated staff employ the latest diagnostic techniques. 
All these levels of service give you access to a maintenance helpline and full on-site repair service, which includes:
  • MFC trained engineers.

  • Professionally installed equipment and materials.

  • Qualified technicians.

  • Approved equipment, Standards and Practices.

  • Service calls answered 24 hours a day.

  • All spare parts available locally.

  • Engineering support direct from Digitel's centralised Technical Assistance Centre.
 
Our technicians use state of the art techniques such as remote programming and diagnostics. This allows technicians to remotely monitor systems, detecting faults before our customers are even aware they exist. Our technicians are regularly updated on the latest advances in equipment, standards and practices. So we will always be able to support your communications systems, leaving you to get on with business. Edigitel offers LG Nortel IPLDK and IPECS systems, as well as Avaya IP Office 500, NEC, Panasonic and DECTSys.
Cordless Headsets
If you want to get ahead, get a cordless headset from Edigitel. We stock a wide range of Plantronics and Jabra GN DECT headsets as well as Bluetooth Cordless headsets.
Conferencing
Edigitel supply a range of different audio and video conferencing solutions from Polycom, ClearOne and Konftel.
Network Switches
